I suggest you ...

Make the development roadmap public

Or find some other way to tell your users when certain features are coming.

A company blog also goes a long way into giving users some insight in the development.

    Very good suggestion.

I currently check these feedback discussions several times per month, to learn when/what developments are on the horizon. I'm especially interested in the idea, with over 900 votes, known here as "Match users with similar taste".

Sadly, since I never see any new info regarding that idea, I may eventually only check in several times a year. After that, if more time passes, the next stage would be for me to no longer check in at all. Perhaps the final stage would be for me to not even participate in Letterboxd at all.

I'd love to see a roadmap. I know there's been lots of behind the scenes updates but, to my memory, I've not seen a lot of site development over the last year.
Even some sneak previews for Patron members would go a long way to letting people know that things are happening.
