What's happening on this front? Groups don't seem that incredibly difficult to add in and they would go a LONG way toward increasing the popularity of Letterboxd. I find the hardest thing about LB is finding "friends" on the site, so instead I just go to reddit to talk about movies and throw reviews up on LB for a few facebook friends to check out. I'd love to be able to make a group with reddit folks or some other people with similar interests as me so we can check out each other's reviews and get some discussions going on there!
MoviePass (and now AMC A*List too) has created a community of moviegoers that go to a LOT of movies alone, but movies are social experiences so people are looking for an outlet to discuss the movies they watch after the fact. Now is the perfect time to capitalize on that phenomenon.Shedanigans supported this idea ·
